Tui Na
Tui Na or Chinese massage is known to have been in use for over 2000 years and it is largely aimed at treating and preventing the disease by applying therapeutic manipulations and other techniques to certain areas of the body.
Moxibustion
Moxibustion is a traditional Chinese medicine therapy that involves the burning of moxa, a dried plant material known as mugwort to facilitate healing. Moxa cones, specifically, are a form of moxa that are rolled into small, cone shapes for ease of use.
Moxibustion is designed to invigorate the flow of Qi (energy) in the body and dispel certain pathogenic influences. It’s commonly used for conditions such as chronic pain, digestive issues, and fatigue.
This type of moxa is smoke free and perfect to use in home treatments.
